Which versions of Windows do your products support? |

All IKE Software products are designed to run on all versions of Windows from 98 through to XP. Windows 95 versions of our products are not available. |

Our technical support services are primaily handled through e-mail. If you have a question, concern or comment related to one of our products, we encourage you to contact our support team. When you purchase one of our products, you are entitled to free maintenance releases and minor product revisions. |

Do you have an Early Experience Program (EEP)? |

Yes. To ensure that our products meet exacting quality assurance requirements we have a group of registered users that act as beta testers. If you are interested in participating in the EEP program, please contact our support team. |

I received a message stating that the startup system could not be decompressed when I tried to install my software. |

Make sure that you save a copy of the setup file to disk prior to running the program. In addition to allowing you to successfully install the title, you will also be able to retain this copy should you need to reinstall the software in the future. |
